Process Monitoring & Analysis

BioChem utilizes an array of hi-tech, proprietary tools to analyze your treatment process. All required equipment is shipped to the project site and installed by a BioChem technician—you don't need to worry about a thing! Monitoring data is then transmitted via modem to our facility in Pennsylvania, where it is analyzed by BioChem scientists and engineers.

The Advanced Biological Activity Meter (ABAM) creates a microcosm batch reactor within the larger unit process. Its in-situ design enables the capturing of a true representative sample without pumping or filtering. It is equipped with various sensors for accurate and timely information for diagnostics, monitoring, and control needs.

Process Modeling, and Simulation, our proprietary models, along with industry standards, are used to develop and confirm hydraulic, biological, and chemical dynamics under extant and proposed operating conditions.

In addition to these proprietary tools and software, we may also rely on other monitoring tools to provide us with additional process information, depending on the goals for each project.
